Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Alpha Coach Analysis (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service provides tools to analyse coaching sessions using AI and manual notes. You are responsible for the content you upload or import and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to use it.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• If you connect Google Drive, you authorize the Service to access Drive files as permitted by the scopes you grant (currently read-only for selected file import).

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

AI output

The Service may generate summaries or insights using automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when the latest changes took effect.
